Deposit Protection Corporation (DPC) has been established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SBP, following the DPC Act of 2016. The primary mission of DPC is to provide compensation to depositors, up to the defined limit of protected deposits, in the unfortunate event of a member Financial Institution’s failure.
